David Benjamin, Managing Director – David brings a proven track record in strategy, selling and operational effectiveness. He has a strong history of delivering value across a wide variety of industries, and his experience ranges from technology delivery at Accenture through operational effectiveness at Ernst and Young and strategy at McKinsey & Co. Most recently, he was Founder and CEO of Charter Consulting. He also continues as a Senior Advisor to the Monitor Group, a global strategy consulting firm. He is a member of the national board of Public Allies, where he is the Treasurer. He is also an active member of the Chicago Club and the Economic Club of Chicago.

Eric Meerschaert, Managing Director – Eric brings a proven track record in strategy, marketing, solution delivery and operational effectiveness to our joint ventures. Eric has over 20 years of experience in software, including President of Click Commerce, SVP of Global Marketing for Sterling Commerce, and Solution Strategy for JD Edwards. Eric has also led consulting practices and sales at Organic Interactive and Optika software companies. Eric began his professional career at Arthur Anderson’s Management Information Consulting Division (now Accenture) and McKinsey & Co.

Les Wyatt, Principal - Les brings over 30 years of successful sales, marketing and executive management experience to our joint ventures. Les’ experience in general management (GM) includes GM of PeopleSoft Manufacturing Software, GM of Harris Software, CEO of PE Building Systems (Construction Technology). In addition, Les brings proven sales and marketing experience from his roles as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of J.D. Edwards Software, CMO of Harbinger (Electronic Commerce) and Strategic Marketing Manager for Texas Instruments Software. Les also serves as the Chairman of the Board of a global construction technology firm (LadderBlock International Pte LLC).
